I think there can be no doubt that the Empire is in a state of decline, but a McCain victory would rapidly accelerate the process. Another four years of the Team Bush agenda (essentially McCain"s platform) will finish us off for certain. Elites understand this which explains their support for the clearly more capable Barack Obama as imperial manager.

This country is all about power and control. Your buddies, Bush & Cheney, are using the war to line their own pockets with money. They're all in cahoots with The Corporate Cabal. They get together with their friends in the Federal Reserve and the Banking Committee and chart the course for America's expanding empire.

Rue it shouldn't be difficult to understand. McCain represents more of Team Bush, the very worst administration in the history of the republic, and one that has brought unprecedented misery not only to the world at large but to the imperial heartland itself. Even amongst elites this is the general consensus, thus the overwhelming support for Obama from the nation's power centers (i.e Wall Street, Big Pharma, the insurance giants, etc).
