Great article, Coldie!
Actually I am surprised the Marines came clean about the missile. If that same missile had been used to attack an Israeli settlement it would be on page 1 of the Tribune.

Of course it would have.
Cool Site!

Well Coldie,
no surprise Hillary pulled it off last night. I think she'll also win Indiana. Things will be getting "curiouser and curiouser," as the saying goes from the famous book.
I will not follow the Democratic doomsayers this late race hurts the party and helps McCain. Nope, the Democratic Party itself is to blame. They better wake up fast 'cause it is getting too late.
No matter, I am almost through with them anyways. Between the corruption in City Hall to the criminal in the top spot in Springfield it burns the soul of any true progressive.
No worry. I am not going over to the dark side aka GOP. I just have to decide which third party candidate is the best. Hopefully the new Socialist party will be on the ballot in Illinois.

I don't think anyone should be surprised at all if McCain comes out ahead in the horse race--thereby completing what Team Bush has begun, namely driving the final nail in the coffin of Pax Americana.
At any rate there is absolutely nothing to be gained by supporting either Democratic candidate. Choose between Nader or McKinney to be sure, but don't stop there. It's long time we take a page from the progressive and highly participatory democratic movements that have taken place south of the border in such places as Venezuela and Bolivia where, unlike in the US, the population isn't conditioned to accept quadrennial elections pitting identical candidates against one another as the outer limits of political activism. One of the key differences in these societies from our own can be seen in how masses of people have worked to build from the grassroots institutions such as trade unions, human rights coalitions, and political broadsheets that reflect their interests and aggressively pursue their demands. There is much work to do here Lefty.
Ah, leftist Jew-baiting. How droll.

It's all a matter of perspective really. Particularly if your perspective happens to be that of a citizen whose country is under foreign occupation. Try it sometime.
